Shipping Policy

At QESA Timepieces, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to our customers worldwide. Please review the following shipping policy for information on delivery times and procedures:

We make every effort to promptly handle packages to minimize delays.
Delivery times begin from the day of dispatch. While we aim to ensure smooth delivery, please note that delays may occur due to destination customs, local duties, taxes, or unforeseen circumstances during transit.

Domestic Shipping
• Customers within The Netherlands can expect a delivery time of less than four working days from the date of dispatch.

European Shipping
• Customers in Germany, Belgium, and Luxembourg can anticipate delivery within a week from the date of dispatch.
• For other European countries, delivery times range from 4 days to 2 weeks.

International Shipping
• For international orders—including shipments to the USA, Australia, and Canada—the estimated shipping time is between 1 to 3 weeks from the date of dispatch.
• Please note: International shipping may take longer due to customs clearance processes.

Product Availability & Engravings
• The shipping times above apply to products that are currently in stock.
• If a product is not in stock, please add an additional week to the estimated delivery time.
• For products with custom engravings, such as personalized watch engravings, please also allow an extra week.

Warranty Policy

At QESA Timepieces, we are committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship with every wooden watch. Our warranty ensures both satisfaction and peace of mind.

1. Authenticity Guarantee
Each QESA watch is crafted with precision using high-quality, sustainably sourced wood. We guarantee the authenticity of our materials and the quality of our craftsmanship.

2. Movement Function Warranty
All QESA Timepieces watches come with a 6-month warranty covering the functionality of the watch movement, starting from the date of purchase.

Please note the warranty does not cover:

  • Damage Due to Negligence: Includes impacts, drops, or mishandling.

  • Third-party Repairs or Modifications: Any unauthorized alterations void the warranty.

  • Water or Moisture Damage: Wooden watches are not waterproof; damage caused by exposure to moisture is not covered.

3. Care Instructions
To preserve the beauty and function of your wooden watch, please follow these care guidelines:

  • Avoid Exposure to Water: Keep your watch dry.

  • Handle with Care: Avoid accidental impacts or drops.

  • Maintain the Wood: Periodically apply a suitable wood conditioner and clean your watch gently with a dry cloth.

Return Policy

At QESA Timepieces, we strive for your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to return or exchange an item. Below are the steps for initiating returns and exchanges:

Returns

You have the option to cancel your order or return purchased items within 10 days of receiving them.
The withdrawal period begins from the moment you—or your designated recipient—receives the order.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Message us here (e-mail via website form) or at Instagram.com/qesatimepieces with:

    • The products you wish to return

    • Your order number

    • The reason for return

  2. Return the items along with the delivery note (including your name and contact details) to the address provided by our customer service team.

    • The return address may vary by country, so please message us with your location.

  3. Cover the cost of return postage.

    • We recommend using a tracked mail service and retaining proof of postage.

    • Any additional postage charges we incur may be deducted from your refund.

    • You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

    • We do not accept liability for items lost or damaged during transit.

  4. Ensure all products are returned in their original, undamaged condition and packaging.

    • Failure to do so may result in a partial refund or rejection of the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 days and notify you via email.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 10 days of receipt via Instagram.com/qesatimepieces.
Provide
:

  • Your order number

  • Details of the item(s) for exchange

  • Your preferred alternative(s)

If any additional payment is required for the exchange, please arrange payment as instructed.

After receiving confirmation from us, return the item(s) you wish to exchange, along with the delivery note, to the provided address.
Follow the same guidelines for return postage, packaging, and condition as outlined above.

Once your package is received and the item(s) are confirmed in original condition, we will dispatch your replacement.

Please note: Full payment must be received before we proceed with the exchange.
