1. My order hasn’t arrived yet. Is this normal?
Yes, sometimes delays happen—especially with international shipping. Customs clearance, courier issues, or rare delays on our end may affect arrival times. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us and we’ll look into it.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

• International: 2–4 weeks

4. Why does my payment show a different name instead of QESA?
We currently process transactions through an alternative account, which is common for small businesses. This is normal and doesn’t affect the security or legitimacy of your purchase.

5. How does my purchase contribute to the community?
25% of our profit goes to organizations and initiatives supporting the Assyrian, Chaldean, and Syriac community. Your donation is directed to regional efforts based on where your order was made.

6. Can I choose where my donation goes?
Yes, absolutely. If there’s a specific cause or organization you’d like to support, contact us through the website or on Instagram and we’ll direct your donation accordingly.

7. What materials are used in the watches, and where do they come from?
The wood comes from trees native to the broader Mesopotamian region. We are actively working toward sourcing from the historical heartland, but it's not currently possible.

8. Does this mean the wood will never come from Mesopotamia?
No. We remain committed to this goal and continue working on establishing the necessary sourcing connections.

9. So, what makes the watches products of Mesopotamia?
The soul of our watches lies in Mesopotamian heritage. The design and brand values are shaped by Assyrian, Chaldean, and Syriac culture, even if production involves international artisans.

10. I didn’t know about the donation when I made my purchase. Can I still direct it?
Yes. You have up to one year from the date of purchase to request where your donation goes.

11. When will the donation be transferred?
We accumulate donations until there's a meaningful amount to send—usually within 0 to 2 years depending on the project. Your patience helps ensure maximum impact.
